If you don't understand how to upload a template from the tutorial above then you see in the tutorial below:
1)Go to your Blogs Dashboard.And select the blog in which you want to upload your template as shown below
2)Go to your selected blogs dashboard as shown below
3)Click on Templates from the left side buttons as shown below
4)You will be redirected to templates board as shown below and from there Click on Backup/Restore button.
5)A new window will pop up ,from there click on Browse as shown below
6)Now browse to the template you want to upload then click on it,after clicking template click on open to upload the template as shown below
7)Now your Template will be uploaded after clicking on Upload button under Browse.
